The task of breaking a bad habit is like uprooting a powerful oak within us. And the task of building a good habit is like cultivating a delicate flower one day at a time.

As we wrap up the holidays while also wrapping up the year, it’s common to wonder: what tweaks to existing habits and routines might help us make the most of the new year? Whether you’re a resolution maker or not, this could be a good week to get curious about curating. Just like most museums have far more artwork than they could ever display at one time, it’s likely true we have more stuff in our homes, on our schedules and within our to-do lists than we can possibly tend to.
No need to make this process a big deal or a heavy burden…let’s just give ourselves permission to daydream a bit about lightening our load: physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually…all of it. What is it time to set aside that would make it easier to focus on and enjoy the more important things?
I’m in if you are.
Peace,
Paul
