If you recently received some bad news or things didn’t turn out as you hoped they would, perhaps you can take a few deep breaths and give yourself some time to grieve the loss of how you hoped things would turn out. These frustrating yet inevitable setbacks are part of progress because we often grow stronger from the heaviest loads.
When you are ready to improve your life and/or the world, you’ll need to dust yourself off and get back in the game. Do what you can this week to understand and accept the world as it is, and then…..IMAGINE BETTER!
