It seems clear that the significant turbulence we’re experiencing in our culture shows no signs of calming any time soon. There’s a lot going on, and there’s a lot of uncertainty. Things are changing at a dizzying speed, and lots of these changes are catching people off guard. It’s also true that voices of fear and anger and frustration are getting the most attention, and right now they are wielding the most influence.
