Now we will feel no rain,
For each of us will be
Shelter for the other.
Now we will feel no cold,
For each of us will be
Warmth to the other.
Now we are two persons,
But there is only one life before us.
Let us go now to enter into
The days of our life together.”

Believes all things

I took some time off this weekend to attend a grand wedding between my good
friends Heather & Dave. Everything about the event was magnificent: the
peaceful location a few yards from the swirling Wolf River in northern
Wisconsin under a blue sky and a hint of fall foliage; the charming
ceremony that was informal yet profound; and the unique mixture of guests
that provided as much entertainment at the reception as the food and music.
Despite what we may be tempted to deduce recent headlines, I remain
convinced that Love is still more more plentiful than Evil. This Hope, by
the way, is a powerful antidote to Evil.
I hope you’l take a moment this week to strengthen a relationship in your
life with some kindness, communication, and caring!
Peace to you,
Paul
p.s. Thank you for the deluge of “relationship” ripples submissions! So
many people found valuable nuggets….I’ll share more in future Ripples!
